Terms of use.
Effective 8 August 2026. These terms govern use of the Align by A28 controlled pilot.
Acceptable use
Use Align for legitimate business relationship activity. Do not misrepresent identity, misuse confidential material, evade access controls, harass others or infringe applicable law.
No guaranteed outcome
Align facilitates discovery and structured communication. A28 does not guarantee access, funding, investment, meetings, partnerships or commercial outcomes.
Suspension and review
A28 may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or investigate misuse. Material decisions may be reviewed through the stated support route.
