Effective 8 August 2026. This notice explains how A28 handles personal and business information in the Align controlled pilot.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, verify participants, calculate contextual relevance, support structured sessions, meet legal duties and improve reliability with appropriate safeguards.
Sharing and access
Information is shared according to the visibility and consent state you choose. Service providers and authorised A28 personnel receive only the access needed for their role.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on the record type, relationship state, disputes and legal obligations. Use Settings → Data or contact admin@a28global.com for an access or deletion request.
Model training
Confidential user material is not used to train a model without a separately approved policy and explicit consent.
