Know what happens before you record.
Align asks for affirmative consent before a recorded response begins. Invitation terms identify the purpose, viewers, response modes, assisted analysis and retention period.
What is captured
Each answer is stored separately with technical metadata, a transcript and processing state. Test recordings from device check are not retained.
Who can view it
Only authorised participants and specifically authorised operators can access session material according to the accepted sharing terms. External sharing is off by default.
Control and support
You may report a transcript error, ask about retention or report a concern. Submitted answers cannot ordinarily be edited or replaced.
